This notice is for California residents. It explains the categories of personal information we collect, why we collect them, who we share them with, and the rights you have under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. It adds to our main Privacy Policy.
California Shine the Light law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, the Shine the Light law, California customers may ask whether a business shared personal data with third parties for those parties' own direct marketing. We do not share your personal data with non affiliated companies for their direct marketing without your consent.
What we collect and why
Over the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from these sources, for these business purposes, and shared them with these categories of third parties.

Your right to know
You can ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we shared it with, over the preceding 12 months. You may make this request up to twice in a 12 month period.
Your right to delete
You can ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions, such as completing a transaction, security, or complying with the law. We will direct our service providers to delete it as well where required.
Your right to correct
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct it once we verify your request.
Your right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising in a way that requires an opt out. If that ever changes, we will provide a clear Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information option. You can submit a request through our data requests page at any time.
Your right to limit sensitive personal information
You can ask us to limit the use of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the products and services you requested. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Your right to non discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. You will receive the same prices, quality, and service whether or not you exercise them.
Authorized agent
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Notice of financial incentive
We may offer rewards, store credit, or promotional offers that involve the collection of personal information. Taking part is always your choice, you can withdraw at any time, and the value of the data we collect is reasonably related to the value of the offer. Details are presented when you enroll.
