18 U.S.C. 2257 record keeping compliance statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct on this website were over the age of 18 at the time the depictions were created.

All other visual depictions on this website are exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not consist of conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. 2256 (2)(A) through (D). They are depictions of non sexually explicit nudity, depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or were created before July 3, 1995. For all visual depictions on this website, whether actual or simulated, every person shown was at least 18 years of age when the depiction was created.
